Holly Shaw

Holly Shaw is a board-certified physician assistant, who received her Master’s degree in medical science, from the University of Maryland Eastern Shores physician assistant program in 2023. Her most profound accolade during her education, includes the obtainment of an outstanding award for her dermatologic research during her final semester’s Capstone project.

Prior to completing her Master’s, she attended Towson University where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in cell and molecular biology. After graduating Towson, she worked as a multifunctional tech where she gained an extreme amount of vast knowledge in the high-paced, intense environment of the emergency department within Medstar Franklin Square Hospital. This further drove her desire to help care for others and broaden her medical knowledge, for which she pursued physician assistant school.
 
Holly strives to provide both compassionate and inclusive care ,as well as vascular education to all of her patients. She aims to provide patients with an understanding of vascular disease processes, prevention, and treatment at each and every visit. She enjoys assisting in surgeries, as well as caring for her patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. She always puts her patients first and is passionate about providing vascular care to the community.
